On the 23rd of June 2020, dignitaries of the oil and Gas industry as well as the construction industry gathered for a brick and mortar milestone of a Smart City – LA DEFINITION, located on the emerging city, Eko Atlantic City, Lagos.
It is designed as a mixed use residential development that will provide a unique urban living experience, offering a blend of live, work, and play with energy efficiency and environmental harmony.
The groundbreaking was performed by Dr. Engr Ahmadu Kida Musa, DMD, Deep Water District, Total E & P Nig. Ltd in admiration of the partners (Total cooperative Real Estate) and the Contractor, ITB Nigeria FZE – the contractor of choice, renown for ground- breaking quality projects in Nigeria and gradually combing the West African coast.
In a remark, the MD of ITB Nig. FZE, Engr Ramzi Chidiac having recently delivered a LEED certified building, promised to put in all due diligence to meet requirements in accordance with the specifications provided. He added that when this project is completed, it will be a demonstration of luxury engineering with cuttting edge installations. La Definition is going to be a Smart City Project, not only in Eko Atlantic but also in Lagos.
