The Ultra Modern Akwa - Ibom International Convention Center is situated in the Tropicana Resort in Uyo, Akwa – Ibom State.
The new International Convention Center is in three levels, Ground floor level that includes a hall with sitting capacity of 800 persons and an Auditorium that sits 50 persons.
The two other levels, the first floor accommodating the main convention Auditorium and Mezzanine floor both have a combine sitting capacity of 5000 persons.
In addition the Convention center has 8 meeting rooms with full facilities, and an elaborate external works.
The external car parking has capacity for 700 cars.
