Developed by Total E&P Nigeria Staff Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited, La Definition is a mixed used development located in the Kuramo Waterfront of Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The main contractor is ITB Nigeria. La Definition will comprise 3 towers of two residential towers (Towers A & B) with approximately 112 apartments each and hotel (Tower C) with 70 keys, supporting and additional 71 branded apartments and penthouses.
La Definition will feature a water recycling system that will reduce demand for borehole water by up to 80% through the use of rainwater and greywater due to the limited availability of grid infrastructure in Lagos.
Construction commenced in Q2:2020 and is slated for completion in 2023. Available amenities include:
